  We made a reservation for 3pm on a Thursday two weeks in advance because we knew we'd be in the area. On the day, we came and the restaurant was full. People were standing in line on the street, the little foyer was filled with people waiting to be seated. We tried to let the hosts know that we had a reservation, they didn't care. See, the system there is like this: you come and stand in line and when a table big enough for your party frees up, they yell "TABLE OF 5" and the first one in line comes in. Well, we stood in line like everyone one else for about an hour. We should have left but we heard so much about this place and the foyer was jammed - no way back. 30 min out of that hour we were in the first row. They never called a table of 5. People kept pushing us from the back so we were almost in the restaurant, which got us yelled at by the LESS than friendly staff members. When we tried to explain the situation they blamed us for not making a reservation for an earlier time slot. Huh, like reservations matter in this place. Then a group of 20-odd people came through (they were holding a table free for them for most of the time we were there) and that was it. We decided to force our way out of that hell hole.

  So, I'll repeat. DO NOT GO THERE. They are disrespectful and they system is absolutely horrible. It's not worth it.
